  • For returns due to change of mind, personal preference, or size adjustments: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • For returns due to faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover all return shipping costs — no extra charges to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
 
If you experience any issues with your order and choose to reorder, we will include an additional goodwill compensation on your new order as part of our promise to make things right.
